Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of Ultim8 Tennis League for registering online for U8L Tournaments for making Fee payments through Online Payment Gateways.

User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions while transacting.

Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services.

A User has to fill-up the complete details and pay the participation fees online in order to use the services.

Refund policy

In case a player applies and pay the registration fees twice on website he /she can request for a refund by sending a mail at [email protected].

If the player withdraws his or her entry from any particular tournament before the withdrawal deadline his / her entry fees will be refunded. Once the deadline is met, he / she is not eligible for refund.

Cancellation policy

If it is been observed that a player is playing tournaments without proper documentation, violating rules and/or age proof, his /her registration will be cancelled and he will not be eligible for refund.
